Chantelle Simioni

Pelvic Health & Aerial Physio

I provide Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for women and AFAB individuals, focusing on pre and postnatal support as well as continence and prolapse concerns. Additionally, I specialise in physiotherapy for aerialists, pole dancers, and circus performers - I offer tailored support during pregnancy and return to performance postpartum, as well as help performers with management of musculoskeletal and/or pelvic floor dysfunction, to help keep you up in the air, doing what you love.

About Me

Hi! I’m Chantelle, and I am a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist working in Naarm, Melbourne. I love helping and supporting women along their journey through pregnancy and the postnatal period, as well as people with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence or prolapse, to optimise their quality of life. These issues are often thought of as ‘taboo’, therefore many individuals are suffering in silence - I aim to remove the stigma around pelvic floor dysfunctions, and empower my patients to return to exercise and daily activities.

About 4 years ago, I started training and performing in Aerial Silks, and found my love for Aerial Arts and Circus. And now, I’ve decided to combine my passion for women’s health and my love of Aerial Arts, by providing aerialists with compassionate care to enhance daily function, and performance.

Testimonials

  • "I started seeing Chantelle for challenges with an overactive bladder. She supported and treated me with patience and understanding, and explained things to me in a way that helped me better understand my body, leading to huge progress. She's since treated me for muscular/pain issues in my back, and later supported me through my pregnancy and subsequent pelvic girdle pain, as well as with pelvic floor preparation for birth. Womens health physiotherapy can be an intimate business, and Chantelle has always made me feel safe and comfortable, and helped me to laugh through the challenges. Her knowledge and skills, and the time she takes to listen and understand an issue, has lead to life changing results in my health. I couldn't recommend her highly enough."
